Campus and Community Leaders in Mental Health have knowledge and resources about mental health that they can use with peers, friends, family, and in the UMD campus community.

Program Requirements:

Complete FMSC 340 (Mental Health and Healing in Families)

Complete Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA)

Complete one of the following options:

• FMSC 177 (coping with stress, anxiety, and depression),
• FMSC 477 (internship in mental health),
• FMSC 431 (family crises, emergencies, and disasters), or the racial stress and trauma discussion group (currently being developed for the spring semester).
